"The State" was sketch comedy which I used to watch on MTV from 1993-1995 (wow, has it been that long?).  Two of my favorite skits starred Barry and Levon (pudding time) and Louie (famous catch phrase "I wanna dip my balls in it"). I was really stoked to find that they had an OFFICIAL website.
