Check out the new wireless Guitar Hero controller from Logitech!  The body of the guitar is solid, using real wood for the neck, the frets and tuning pegs are metal, and the fingerboard is rosewood.  Logitech went to using real parts to give this a more authentic look and feel.  Priced at $199.00, is worth it for any gamer wanting to expand their library of guitars.  It's compatible with both the PS2 and PS3. 

I barely found out about this last night, apparently there's a nation wide Guitar Hero Tournament going on.  Teams vary from 4 year universities, community colleges, even teams from high schools have registered to compete in a March Madness style tournament broken down into regions.  The championship match will be held down in San Antonio, Texas.  How crazy is that? 

I was actually going to try and register a team name last night, but they locked the boards.  UGH  So much for that, oh well.  I guess this will teach me to pay attention to the boards and keep an eye out for future tournaments.

I forgot to post these to Vox awhile back.  Ok, so I was bored one day...so what?  Anyway, I've posted a few times how I really dig Guitar Hero (1-3) and yes, I've beaten the games.  I do plan on learning how to play guitar (real) all over again, so I purchased a couple wall mounts to use since I want to buy two (2) electric guitars.  In the meantime (getting the electric) I'm using the mounts to hold my Guitar Hero wireless controllers... pretty pimp huh? HAHAHA
