Kind of makes me wonder which candidate is the actual "elitist" when states such as Louisiana and South Carolina are brushed off by "HillBilly" in a sense because of the Black electorate (or Black voters). Now Bill is crying "foul" that the Obama camp used the race card on him. Damn that archived video for catching his snarky comments disregarding states previously won by Jesse Jackson ( / sarcasm). Not to mention Hillary's constant crowing about winning the "big" states when Senator Obama has won a few "swing" states so far (needed in the general election) and even some considered to be "red".

I think that it's safe to say that if Senator Obama were to be the nominee for the Democratic party, he'd be more than capable to carry those "big" states like Texas, California, and Pennsylvania but also win over the swing states and a few red ones along the way. With the next primaries approaching, let's see how badly Hillary will pander to each group within the next 11 days.

My favorite was when she was quoted as saying if they were doing it the Republican way she'd already be the nominee. Also--on another note-- rumor has it Edwards may support her before the North Carolina primary. Not like it will matter much at this point but personally I wish Edwards would just stay out of it at this point.

I couldn't stop laughing at that last line... I agree with you on that as well. Edwards had the chance to really make an impact early on (after his departure from the race) but I think he blew it. Hasn't his wife been giving her support to the "HillBilly" campaign already?

Do you think that it will boil down (in a sense) to Indiana since they're viewing North Carolina as an automatic win for Obama? I'm sure she'll stay in until the end, even if her camp is broke, she'll probably give out another loan to float it until Denver.

I view that this thing is already over. Hillary is just dragging this out in the hopes that she can convince superdelegates go vote against the current trend. Unless Obama really tanks badly in EVERY state until the end, this thing is wrapped up. He'll have won the popular vote, won more states, and have a larger electoral lead. Hillary will have to convince S. Delegates to vote against that...it won't happen. If it does happen, it will hugely piss off a lot of the democratic base. Good video discussing this as well.

So it's her "kitchen sink" combined with "scorched earth" tactics to try and jockey for scraps of support. I still don't see how people can still back her.
