Free Running and Parkour
I remember hearing about Parkour and Free Running back in 2002 and was amazed by each back then. Each should be considered its own art form (physical). Some films have used Parkour, I'm wondering when it will be covered by mainstream media here in the United States?
Here's an example of Free Running covered in a Nike Advertisement, you may or may not remember this airing a few years back.

Here you can see Parkour being used in the French film "District 13".
Does anyone want to start a running group? HA! Think of it more like a game of "follow the leader" where you're trying to copy each maneuver some simple for the beginners, moving towards more advanced ones.
